• You take a photo of your T4 and other required information and email to my secure site. No faxing, scanning or copying required
• I process your return and send you a password-protected full tax return with the ability to electronically sign the efile consent form, engagement letter. No need to print - simply save the file on your computer for future reference. I will retain a backup on my secure site for one year for no charge
• Electronically signed documents are easily returned to me by email eliminating the need to print

• All tax returns are subject to a thorough diagnostic analysis to insure that it is accurate and compliant with e-file protocols demanded by Canada Revenue Agency.
• We use state-of-the-art software that is regularly updated and thoroughly tested
• Every return is visually examined to determine if there are tax-savings opportunities for your particular circumstances
• We have been preparing personal returns for over 40 years and have been saving clients taxes every year

• Simple returns are $39.95, all others will be quoted in advance. Once we give you a quote, we stick to it as long as there are no last-minute additions of data to process
• Audit insurance is available which will cover the cost of providing copies of documents if requested by Canada Revenue Agency
• Audit insurance will also cover the cost of preparing a Notice of Objection on your behalf for the return we prepared on your behalf. Notices of Objection are required when there is disagreement with Canada Revenue Agency and the taxpayer.

If we make a mistake on your return, we will refund your fee and fix the error at no charge. Simple as that!
